I’m running again! I will be working out again! I’m done with having to think at rehearsal every night which seriously fatigued me. Now I feel like I’m open to refocus on myself again, which I’m glad because summer is coming. And I want to be ready!
I started working out my legs again today, and I think I’ll start working alternatively from legs to core, mixed with some running during the week when I feel good. I want to equate running with feeling good about myself.
This might just be the endorphins writing this post, but I’m ready to go for it.
